What stops you from doing the things that make you feel good?
I've been thinking a lot about what wellness means to us and how we each define it. I spoke with well-being champions in different businesses from Rathbones to Centre Parcs during a recent panel session at the BNC Event Show. We explored how we all approach wellness differently but the end result is the same - more peace, more headspace and a better ability to respond to difficult circumstances. Wellness is so individual - it means different things to each of us. To me 5 minu
